What is Online Phone Unlocking?

Most mobile phone companies will lock their phones to their network, stopping you using it on any other network. Basically, they want to retain your business. Our online phone unlocking  service allows you to release the Network lock  so that your phone can accept simcard from any other network. This is done online by either ordering an unlock code which is calculated from your unique IMEI number or by downloading unlocking software to unlock your handset directly. The method to unlock your phone is dependant on the Make and Model of your handset.

What do information do you need to unlock my phone?

To order your unlock code we will need information such as the IMEI number and the current service provider (this is the network/Carrier that the phone is currently locked to).

How do i find my phones IMEI Number?

Dial *#06# and your IMEI/Serial number will be displayed on your phone, alternatively you can remove the battery from your phone there will be a label in the battery compartment which will show you your IMEI/Serial Number. The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identifier) number is a 15 digit number that uniquely identifies your mobile phone from others.
