Free email accounts (e.g. Yahoo, Hotmail, etc) may treat
the automated email from us as Junk or Spam mail. Please
check you spam filter and/or email quarantine folders. Please
allow a few minutes delay depending on the speed of your Mail
Service Provider.
Important: If you use an email client (i.e. Outlook,
Eudora, etc) you will need to log into your mail account
online as some emails are quarantined online and are not
delivered to the email client. Please ensure you do this
before contacting us chasing your order.
